Embodied practice

A space for women to awaken and ignite their fire.

wildflowers women's circle

Women's circles have existed as an essential part of culture for thousands of years for women to gather, share, and support each other. The history of these circles speaks to the enduring power of female solidarity. The Wildflowers Women's Circle is a creative space for women who are seeking an outlet to unapologetically be who they are, celebrate womanhood, listen deeply, and be heard, so they can feel supported to thrive in a life of their choosing.Wildflowers embody the unstoppable power and beauty of the natural earth. When we honour this power that exists within ALL of us, we allow ourselves to blossom into the most integrated, and authentic versions of ourselves.
The Wildflowers community has been created to celebrate this sacred journey, and to honour each other through all of our seasons with compassion and reverance.
These sessions are held in honour of all female identifying individuals, including those who are in need of support due to difficult circumstances. In this spirit, all of the proceeds of each ticket sold is donated to Women's Aid, a charity which is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls.

About

Embodied Practice has been created as a home for female-identifying individuals to celebrate themselves and each other. By holding guided sessions based on shared values and a common purpose, we hone in on becoming the most expansive, authentic versions of ourselves. By co-creating a circle of women who come together to openly discuss true feelings to be heard with acceptance and respect, we become stronger, more resilient, and build support systems in our communities which are made to last.
